"Checkout made me a little unsure"
The checkout process was frustrating. The payment page kept lagging, and I had to enter the same information more than once. It made me second-guess whether everything was actually being processed correctly, which didn’t leave me feeling very confident about the site.

"Licensing Help Left Me More Stressed Than Supported"
I used Fonts.com for a small client project, the font itself was totally fine. The stressful part was trying to understand the licensing. I just needed a simple, reassuring answer about whether I could use it for the website, the logo, and share the files with my client, but the information felt way more complicated than it needed to be.
Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the reply felt more like pasted policy text and links than someone actually helping me feel confident about what I was allowed to do. I walked away still second-guessing myself, and that’s a frustrating feeling when you’re paying for fonts and just trying to do things the right way.

"Honestly, the billing was straightforward"
I used fonts.com for a few months and, my first reaction was kind of relief because the billing was actually easy to follow. No random surprise charges popped up, and they showed the renewal price before I paid, which I really appreciated. I did have a bit of a “wait, where is it?” moment trying to find invoices on the account page, so that could be smoother. But overall, it felt fair and clear to me. 4 stars

"The font choices feel a bit limited"
I didn’t really find many Fonts.com I liked. The selection feels limited, so I wish there were more options to choose from

"Paid Fast, Then Had to Chase the Activation"
Buying the font itself was painless. Checkout was quick, the payment went through right away, and I figured I’d be using it a few minutes later.

Instead, the activation took way longer than I expected. I had to keep refreshing, checking my account, and basically doing extra busywork just to see if it was finally ready. That was annoying, especially because I was trying to finish an actual project, not babysit a font purchase.

Support wasn’t terrible, but they weren’t exactly quick either. It did eventually work, so I can’t say it was a total disaster, but for a digital font, the whole process felt slower and more hands-on than it should’ve been.

"Support helped, but it took a bit"
Support did help me out in the end, so that was good, but the replies were slow. Like, they did answer my questions, it just took a while each time.

"Canceling was actually easy"
I signed up for fonts.com for a project and once everything was wrapped up I needed to cancel, and I was bracing myself for one of those annoying subscription runarounds where you have to click through five pages or hunt for some hidden button, but it was actually super straightforward and I found the cancel option quickly without much digging.

No awkward phone call, no pressure to keep the plan, no weird last-minute hoops, and the confirmation came through fast too, so overall it was a really smooth experience and I’m giving it 5 stars

"Good spot for legit foundry fonts"
I ended up using Fonts.com because I was trying to track down the real version of a font from the original foundry, not one of those random lookalike files floating around on sketchy download sites.
The licensing info was straightforward, which gave me some peace of mind. I just felt better knowing I was getting it from a proper source, and the download itself went through without any hassle.

The site isn’t exactly the most exciting or modern place to browse, but it got the job done. If you’re looking for authentic fonts and don’t want to second-guess where they came from, it’s a solid option.

"Downloaded without any hassle"
The download worked on the first try for me, and I didn’t run into any issues at all. Simple experience overall, and I’d say it did exactly what I needed...

"Good fonts, but the pricing and ownership felt unclear"
The fonts themselves are nice, but the prices felt steep for what you get. I also wasn’t totally clear on what I actually owned after buying them, which made the whole thing feel a bit frustrating. I don’t mind paying for quality, but I’d like the pricing and ownership terms to be a lot more straightforward

"Font preview is decent, tbh"
The font preview works okay overall. It’s not perfect or anything, but it gets the job done lol

"Refund went through, just took a bit"
I accidentally bought the wrong font and had to ask for a refund. Support did get back to me and sorted it out in the end, so that part was fine. It just took a few days and I had to follow up once to get this moving. Not a bad experience or anything, just a little slower than I expected.

"Nice fonts, but kind of hit or miss"
I actually like a lot of the Fonts.com, and some of them look really polished. But at the same time, a few feel a bit dated or not as clean as I was hoping for. It’s definitely usable and I don’t regret trying it, but I also wouldn’t say it totally blew me away for the price.

"Worth it if you use fonts a lot :)"
I signed up for the Fonts.com subscription for a handful of client projects, it started feeling worth it fast. There were a bunch of fonts I probably would’ve ended up buying individually, so paying monthly just made more sense for me. The site is easy to get around, maybe not perfect, but nothing that’s caused any real headaches. Overall, I’m happy with it so far!

"Worked smoothly in Photoshop and Word"
I used these fonts for a couple of Photoshop mockups and a Word document, and they worked just fine for me. The letter spacing looked clean in my design layout, and I liked that the fonts kept their sharp look when I resized them for headings. One font did take a little while to show up after installing, but after that everything was smooth.

"Support replied, just not very fast"
I had a problem with a font download and support did get back to me, but a couple days it took. They fixed it eventually, so that part was good, I just wish the replies were quicker and a little more clear.

"Webfonts have been loading well overall"
I’ve been using Fonts.com on a couple of client sites, and overall the webfont performance has been solid. The fonts usually load quickly, and I haven’t noticed much layout shifting or weird spacing issues, even on pages with a few different font weights. There was one day where loading felt a little sluggish, but it seemed to sort itself out later without me changing anything. Setup was fairly straightforward too. I’d give it 4 stars because it’s reliable and does the job well, just not completely perfect.

"Works okay, just a little clunky"
Used Fonts.com to look for a few fonts and it did the job, but felt kind of dated. Search was helpful, though the filters got a bit confusing and some pages took more clicks than expected. Found what I needed eventually, just wasn’t the smoothest experience. Fine overall, but could be easier to use.

"Nice font, vague licensing"
I did end up finding the font I wanted, so I’ll give them that. But the licensing info was way more confusing than it needed to be. You kind of have to dig around to figure out what you’re actually allowed to use it for, which isn’t exactly ideal when you’re trying to buy something with confidence. Support was fine enough, but for a site selling fonts, you’d think the usage rules would be the easy part.
