I used Fonts.com for a small client project, the font itself was totally fine. The stressful part was trying to understand the licensing. I just needed a simple, reassuring answer about whether I could use it for the website, the logo, and share the files with my client, but the information felt way more complicated than it needed to be.
Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the reply felt more like pasted policy text and links than someone actually helping me feel confident about what I was allowed to do. I walked away still second-guessing myself, and that’s a frustrating feeling when you’re paying for fonts and just trying to do things the right way.
